Today was a great day in Gabriel history. I went to the pool with Gabriel today and I finally convinced him to go on the big slide! Of course, Mom got all freaked out because he can't swim and told me I would be to blame if he drowned, but he is alive and sitting next to me, playing football or something on his DSi. He chickened out but I forced him. Eventually, he did it, even though he sat up straight purposely so he could go down really slow. But I did almost drown him by forcing him to swim all across the the lap pool (which has 5 ft. water, which is above Gabriel's head). The important thing is, he survived.
I am proud of myself. I ate healthy today and I exercised. On school days I always do, but summer is lazy time for me. I did about 8 laps in the lap pool as fast as I possibly could, then I went to the "gym" (it's this little room with gym equipment. You are supposed to be 16, but whatever. I have a treadmill at home too. Except it's in the basement and covered in dust), and did 20 minutes of the bicycle on the hill setting, and 20 minutes of the treadmill. My legs hurt like hell after, but I guess it can help with my dancing, my epic failure. I will improve this year! I will no longer have my triple-threat triangle fall apart because of my cruddy dancing!
I'm having a hippie-freak out for some reason. All I can do is buy peace signs and 60's style clothing, and I can't shut off the album from Hair. Let the sun shine in! Let the sun shine in! Mom doesn't want me to see the show because of some stupid nude scene.
My friend Cristina just IMed me. Apparently a sign on the news reminded her of me. It was PETA again. They made a sign that said "Save Whales, Lose the Blubber, Become a Vegetarian". Some lady got all offended and it was very funny, at least according to Cristina. Oh PETA, you are just as entertaining as Sarah Palin. And please stop sending me your stupid news letter. I signed up by accident.
I'm going to read some more Tree Grows. See you all tomorrow! And send this blog to all of your friends! Or leave a comment! Or something.. Please! I'm begging you!
