Thank You Global Warming! Please Don't Kill Me :(

My nose has been bothering me lately. I don't know why, but everything is starting to smell like sweet butter. Maybe it's just the Holiday mode. Secret Santas are starting in school, 106.7 is playing Carols and I feel more obligated to go to Church.



I can't believe we had snow and then it went somewhat-warmish again! It's totally ruining the Holiday spirit. I feel like it's going to be spring tomorrow. The weather is so screwed up. On CNN they said this was going to be the hottest year ever! So I guess we can forget about a white Christmas. Then again, I hate the cold, so thank you global warming! Please, don't kill me. :(


Wow. Gay marriage lost in New York. People just don't have enough time to watch Glee here. Okay New Yorkers, this is getting pretty effing ridiculous. Seriously, Iowa is more liberal than us now! People are starting to stop saying the pledge of allegiance in my class, and not just because of that ten year old. We were promised freedom. This isn't a matter of religion, Timothy Dolan! And Mr. Dolan, if you don't like gay marriage I have a word of advice. Don't take away someone else's right to. Why don't you just not get one?


I don't know what it's like to be gay, but having gay friends makes me even more pissed! These people are good people, and when they grow up, they probably will make better parents than me! It's not like all straight parents raise straight children. Therefore, it wouldn't be logical to say all gay parents will raise gay children.


When I see these "Pray the Gay Away" camps I want to puke. We still can't accept people for who they are. Isn't that one of the main points of the Bible? I'm not going to renounce my faith, but isn't Christianity missing almost all of it's major points when it comes to politics? Seriously, they are going to take away Eucharist away from me because I think taking away the legal right is only going to make things worse? I never said I didn't believe abortion was killing.


There's no black and white when it comes to these topics. Until people start to understand this, take away my Eucharist! Stall the health care bill! Continue the war! Maybe finally people will realize what a wreck our country is coming to. P It seems like there are two types of people in this world. The person who wants success no matter what it takes, and the person who wants justice no matter what it takes from them.
